Perimenopause, Menopause, Postmenopause Consultations
A comprehensive consultation to assess your symptoms, medical history, and create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.
A detailed 60-minute consultation to assess your symptoms, medical history, and overall health. We will develop a personalised treatment plan and discuss appropriate investigations, including blood testing where required.
Follow-up consultations are available to patients who have had an initial consultation within the last 12 months. During this appointment, we will review your progress, assess your current treatment plan, and work with you to adjust your management plan as needed.
A comprehensive yearly review to assess your symptoms, treatment effectiveness, and overall health, ensuring your care remains aligned with your long-term needs.
Designed for patients already established on HRT, this appointment allows you to begin testosterone treatment. A baseline testosterone blood test is required prior to prescribing, which you may provide or we can arrange. Follow-up blood testing is recommended at 3 months, 6 months, and annually thereafter. Once baseline and follow-up results are established, prescriptions for female testosterone (such as Androfeme) can be arranged or guidance provided for GP prescribing. This is a 30-minute appointment. If adjustments to your current HRT are required, we recommend booking an initial 1-hour consultation.

Following your consultation, a tailored HRT prescription will be provided based on your individual symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. The cost may vary depending on the type and duration of medication prescribed

For patients on stable treatment, repeat prescriptions can be issued without a full consultation, ensuring continuity of care.
For suitable patients, testosterone can be added to your HRT regimen to support symptoms such as low libido, fatigue, and reduced wellbeing. This is prescribed following appropriate assessment and blood testing.
